  • Service Delivery: To generate relevant and coherent AI responses.
  • Memory: To allow the AI to remember past conversations and details about you.
  • Improvement: We analyze anonymized transcripts to improve the AI's emotional intelligence and conversation quality.

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We use industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and at rest. Access to personal data is strictly limited to authorized personnel for technical maintenance purposes only.

You are the customer, not the product. Solm8 is a subscription-based service. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or conversation history to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

You have complete control over your data:

  • Access: You can view your account details at any time.
  • Deletion: You can delete your entire account and all associated history through your dashboard settings. This action is permanent and scrubs your data from our active databases.

  • Audio Recordings: Processed in real-time and not stored long-term after transcription.
  • Usage Logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and billing purposes.
  • Deleted Account Data: Permanently removed within 30 days of account deletion request.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using Solm8, you consent to such transfers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this policy.
